I think I will make a few to put on any sale table our group might have in future though we don't often have one, but did in Lumby and may again. Thanks for getting my thoughts in motion, Kiwi. Profits could go to my Kiwi Vacation Fund.Alice (in BC Canada)https://www.blogger.com/profile/09512112540193806978noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12222506.post-1150286928388158752006-06-14T05:08:00.000-07:002006-06-14T05:08:00.000-07:00Yes, we'd probably more often say headbands too!Go...Yes, we'd probably more often say headbands too!
Good idea for totes and bags. We called them "headbands", tied around the head for some silly reason (guess we thought it looked cool, haha) And belts of course.

I wove some of the bands for Reba but haven't gotten around to making her "new outfit" yet. I need to find the right hardware to make it happen and keep forgetting to look for it when I'm in town.

You are so right that there is no end to possible uses for these bands. Some could include: sew onto curtains for decorative trim; use as tie backs for curtains; belts; key chains; dog colar; dog leash; dog or horse halter; cinch (girth) for saddle; bracelet; necklace; hair ties; sew on pants for decoration, either down the outside leg seam or around the bottom hem; handles for homemade tote bags or purses; sew some together and make a purse or even a vest... etc etc etc.Alice (in BC Canada)https://www.blogger.com/profile/09512112540193806978noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-12222506.post-1150112490505410542006-06-12T04:41:00.000-07:002006-06-12T04:41:00.000-07:00So you have lots of hairbands, eh?!
